I will always ship with a tracking # and insurance. This is for both your and my protection. Since my items are handmade and often one of a kind I cannot simply just send another if it's lost or damaged in transit.Shipping:

Please have patience as USPS is having some trouble with ship times. I will ship items out in a timely manner, but once it is in the possession of USPS I do not have control of the shipment times. You will be provided with a tracking number once the item has been shipped. I will not be giving refunds for late items.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We all hate to think of our packages getting lost in the mail, or have some sneaky thief take our things from our doorsteps, but it can and does happen. Please reach out to USPS if you feel your package is lost and file a claim directly though their website. We can work together to make things right, however USPS is the first step in the process.

If you think the item has been stolen, or you saw the thief walk off with the goods, please contact your local police to file a report of theft. I am not responsible for theft at your doorstep and I will not be refunding for stolen items.
