A group of four matching ornamental cast bronze interior residential doorknob back-plates. Manufactured by the Sargent hardware co., New Haven, CT. Likely date to 1900-10. Retains the original copper-plated "tiger stripe" and/or "antique copper" finish over bronze. Feature single keyholes with intact doorknob shank collars. Salvaged from a Chicago greystone residence. Measure approximately 7 x 21/8 inches. Priced for the lot
