Everything is fully functional. You may have to enter the time after the console is off for long periods of time. This console has never been used. Does not come with charger. I am willing to be mildly flexable with price. Not online willing to go lower than $95 as it is coming with a game. Comes with a Sony PsVita 8gb memory card.
