Painted by me, Matt Berkebill, sole owner and artist at the studio of Ozark Mountain Originals, here just outside of beautiful Chester, Arkansas. Located in the Ozark Mountains. This painting features a bald eagle and stars on online a field of blue. It is in acrylic with a splash of metallic gold in the feathers and eye. Also a bit glitter in highlight of the eye.
