To take off your strap, DO NOT cut leather, simply undone/lose the yellow thread, gently open the fold over part of leather. Once you took off the strap from Nano Speedy/Nano Noe, I can help to put a pair of properly size clasps on and sew it back by original stitching holes, make it look as smooth online as original.
