Shipping prices for custom items are undetermined due to the unknown custom dimensions in which it will vary.
"Local" area (NY, NJ, PA, MA, CT, DE) may have the option for pick up or delivery.
Custom online made work is not refundable. Orders under $500 must be paid in full before we will begin building. For larger orders we can negotiate terms (usually 50% down to begin work, with the balance due before shipment/pick up.) We can discuss your order, payment, and shipping, prior to purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
As all orders are custom, all sales are final.
However, if you encounter a defect in materials or craftsmanship within the first 30 days we will be happy to review, fix, or replace with a similar item to equal or lesser value.
