A delightful, very sweet online antique miniature shoe pincushion.
The feel, way it's been made and the materials suggest it to be much older, but we have a very similar gold trim that dates 1920s.. so we're not too sure if the trimming was added at a later date?
Nicely made from beautiful shimmery blush velvet trimmed with metallic gold. The sole has been covered with burgundy silk and the top shows remnants of the original silk at the edges.
Sewn with dainty little stitches.
Very tactile and lovely to handle.
We think it would be a lovely gift for a collector.

Measurements:
Just 5cm long.

Condition:
Nice antique condition. The silk top has completely worn away, revealing the padding. There are some marks to the sole.
