Color mixes may vary per Season. Mild, sweet taste with a wonderful summer time fragrance. Incredible garnish for salads, platters, tables, cocktails and desserts . The option is yours.

I shouldn't take the credit for the beauty the good Lord put into these flowers. I am just helping the beauty to last longer and to share it with you. Even after I crystallize them, their wonderful perfume fills my room. They are not grown in toxins and I clean them well before getting to work on them so even though they are edible flowers, it would be a shame not to save for the next time you are feeling pride in your baked goods or need a favor for a special occasion. Just keep the sugar and container I send them in and they will last a good year if kept out of the sunlight and at room
temperature.

They take days and days to make and dry, even though I have a dehydrator and the shade available will always be shown in the photo. These are shades of red, pink, yellow cream, peach, orange or lavender. I will ship them to you preserved in raw sugar, each in their own container. You will have to tip it on it's side and gently remove the flower from the sugar, give it a little tap and it's ready to show off at your party, The roses are sweet tasting and are about 3 inches and they make a beautiful display together on your cake or cupcakes.

If you need some crystallized edible greens, just convo me and I can do that too. I can do herb leaves and they will help authenticate the flowers.
