Design
This is a truly hand-hammered gents ring in a handsome solitaire style # 163 in our online catalog. This masculine design sports a flat faced band fused to the inside circular band to form a thick looking band without the excess weight. The flat area of the face is dimpled for a rugged look by hammering with various shaped tools for a unique pattern. The gem is full bezel set with a high polished face mounted over the rugged face for a strong contrast. A great design for wearing a solitary gem. The full bezel around the gem ensures the most secure mount available. The band is slopes from the head to the back in a staright line and the whole design is built heavy.

Gemstone
This is a natural orange Zircon mined from the ground in Cambodia. The only treatment has been gentle heat which gives it this fanta orange color. It has a well executed hand cut measuring 7.7 x 6.7 x 4.6 mm and weighs 2.52 carats.

Zircon is not a common birthstone, however, is associated with April, September and December births, and Zircons have a hardness of about 7.5 and are suitable for use in many jewelry applications.
