These fans were made as advertisement promotional pieces by Armour.
I can find little about them but they look early 1900's to me. Exceedingly rare advertising fans.
One side has a pretty floral design the other has weird caricatures faces of people from various places in the world. No idea what they were meant to convey.
They fold out into a circle shaped fan. The outside thick paper portion has the Armour's Pork and Bean portion.
Measures folded 8 3/4" long x 7/8" widest - when open it is 8 1/2" diameter. All sizes approx.
Be sure to take a good look at all of the pictures, they will give you a good idea of condition.
All Vintage / Antique items will have some wear as the were preowned and used. Keep that in mind when purchasing.
Aged paper lightly toned over the years. Some creases in heavy paper edge. Some of the black paper on top of fan is worn. Otherwise no online major tears, discoloration, or other signs of extreme wear - normal general wear from use and age. They were stored for over 40 years.
Stored in smoke free environment - no unpleasant odor
