online This is a fabulous 19th century doll quilt. All the fabrics are original to the quilt. I'm not sure there was every cotton stuffing , as the selection of fabrics are fairly heavy duty. The underside is a sapphire blue gingham or check.The edging is a pink an white pattern. The topside features a band of a variety of early fabrics. a variety of textures and colors . The quilt measures 21" X 15" with rounded corners. Hand pieced and hand stitched. I see no distracting stains, wear or holes. It is really a lovely early doll accessory.
