Vintage Dan Dee online Witches Hat, Witch Costume Hat

This is pre owned and worn. The black is fabric. The top 2/3's of the hat have a metal frame inside to hold it's shape. The purple fabric is a gauze material. It's been in storage and has some dust soiling on it and needs a little spot cleaning but is in overall good condition. The bell is metal and has what looks like age patina on it. 17" side to side. The ruler in the pictures show more dimensions. Adult size. online
