Mats Jonasson Crystal Owl Paperweight

A rounded lead crystal art piece engraved from the back with an owl figure measuring 2" tall by 2" wide and a maximum of 3/4" thick. It is artist signed on the bottom and still has the original clear plastic label printed in black which reads "Mats Jonasson Sweden Full Lead Crystal".

Mats Jonasson, is a Swedish glass designer. He is notable for his engraved lead crystal sculptures of flowers and wildlife that are manufactured by the glassworks in Målerås, Sweden and are marketed around the world.

It is in excellent condition and Mats Jonasson's pieces are highly collectible and sought after. I have seen this style sold for upwards of $75.00.

Internal Laser Sculpted Peace Dove With Olive Branch And Starbursts Orb With Three Flat Sides And Flat Base

A substantial orb of crystal clear lead crystal measuring about 3.5" tall by 3.5" at the widest diameter. The orb has been laser etched on the interior with a Peace Dove in flight. The dove holds an olive branch in it beak, a symbol for peace and is sprinkled all around it with three dimensional starbursts.

The bottom is flat with three 2.5" diameter round cut "windows" on the sides like giant facets.There some scratches on the bottom which are not visible unless you pick it up and turn it over.

A lovely symbolic art piece to give as a peace offering to someone you love and a positive reminder that Peace Is Possible.
