Supports more cup sizes with the new design that uses a large 3.5" diameter rear cup insert and 2.75" diameter front cup insert.

Made of a laser cut wood frame wrapped in an automotive grade vinyl.

Will only fit unmodified center consoles with the pocket besides the ebrake.

e30 with tape organizer should have an opening width in the center that is 2.5 inches wide for this version to fit otherwise you will need to provide a picture of the opening with a measuring tape over the opening to have a custom mount made.

Keep in mind on 5 and 7 series the armrest tend to bow out from years of being leaned against when getting in and out of the car and may rub against the cup holder but can be pushed inward towards the seat to clear the cup holder.

I have personally fitted these in my own BMW's and many BMW owners confirmed they clear the armrest if it is not bowed online out. This is not a defect of the cup holder and will not be a reason for justifying a return of this item.
