There are a few makeup stains inside the hood, but otherwise it's in good condition. This listing comes with only the dress, but I online can include the shoes (US Size 5) I wore with this cosplay for free (you'll need to pay for adjustment in shipping weight). Just let me know! The mannequin measurements (below) are smaller than my measurements. The fabric stretches a bit, so it should fit someone who wears Size XS/S.
