Beautiful, delicate, Sterling brooch and screw back earring set with paste/rhinestones created by online Carl Art Inc, a company founded in Providence RI in 1936 by German immigrant Carl Schraysshuen and American businessman Arthur Loercher. Until 1976 Carl Art produced fine gold, gold filled and sterling jewelry. This set is a lovely example of the fine craftsmanship and patented designs. The paste rhinestones are clear and bright, and all present. It's lovely and oh so girly.
