It is not recommended to clean this fine porcelain object in the dishwasher, or with abrasive materials and aggressive detergents.
Do not use in the microwave or refrigerator.

- If you need additional information before buying (exact dimensions, detail pictures) please request them in a message, to avoid the additional costs involved on both sides for returning the products (I have to reimburse you for the shipping costs for receiving the products and you have to pay the shipping costs for returning the products to me). Feel free to contact me for any additional information about the products. I will specify in the description and pictures of the product any major defects of the product due to its condition of antiquity or vintage. Minor defects and wear are normal for products of this nature, so they will not be specified.

- If you want the send package to have track and trace and to be insured, please buy from my shop the product "INSURANCE" depending on the value of the package.
If the package sent is not insured:
-you will not have track and trace for outside The Netherlands (available for the packages in between 0-2 kg. Heavier packages than 2 kg they will have track and trace anyway)
- in case of loss or damage by mail I can not return the amount you paid me so you will bear the loss.

- To send you the full refund for the product with INSURACE in case of lose by mail, I have to see in track and trace that it was not delivered 3 months after delivery.

-To send you the full refund for the damaged product with INSURANCE, you have to send online me 2 pictures of the damaged product within 3 days of when it was delivered. After this 3 days, I will not consider it anymore a damage during the transportation so I will nor give you the refund.

- In case that the package is insured and is lost or damaged during the delivery I will make you a 100% refund for the value of the products but not for the sending costs. If the damaged product is part of a set I will refund only the cost of the damaged product, not for all set.

- If the package disappears from your mailbox after it has been delivered, even it was insured, it is not my responsibility in any way.

- I deliver all the products in 24 max 72 hours from the purchase from The Netherlands with POST NL or on Monday if the purchase was made during the weekend. I can't guarantee the time of arrival at the destination.
