Fully inspected (I am picky) & can't find a flaw on it other than elastic stretch to sleeves - see pics. Freshly washed in All Free & Clear - smells & looks great! Quality made in the USA California by Small World. SIZE: Tag size 4T but length may be more like a 3T in length? (see exact measurements below) as returns not accepted. This little dress appears a bit 1" or 2" shorter online than other tag sz 4T or 4 little girls dresses. MEASUREMENTS: dress fully buttoned lying flat face up. Across chest armpit seam to armpit seam = 13" high empire waist = across = 11.5" waist is 9" down from shoulder shoulder seam to shoulder seam across = 9" shoulder to hem = 19".
