Belt holster for flashlight and online multitool

Here you can see sample images of a holster, as e.g. security services etc. like to use.
It is quite complex to produce, and I need exact information and dimensions of the devices.
If necessary, please also tell me which one should sit on which side.
Please note: If I can't use an existing mold, but need to build a new one, I can
additional costs will be incurred.

I can also make it from undyed organic leather, then over the years it will gradually change from light brown to (almost) black.
