1. After purchasing your portrait, please send us an email with the photo you would like to use for the portrait: cocuarts [!at] hotmail.com

High resolution photos are required for best results. If you are not sure if the photo resolution is good enough, feel free to send it over to us to check before ordering. Unable to decide which will look the best? Feel free to send through a few different photos and we can choose whichever one works the best.



3. Before finalising the design of your pet portrait with its background or text, a pre-final version of the portal will be sent to your email address. This is to make sure you are completely happy with your portrait before sending the final illustration. 

Once you have approved your proof, the file will be sent to you via email in the desired format you like.
