NHT SA-2 passive subwoofer amplifier. Works but there is sometimes crackling that comes online through my subwoofer when adjusting the volume knob. Approximately 8 years ago the Major capacitors were changed out for Nichicon audio caps. Cosmetically in great shape considering how old it is.
