This medal measures approximately .85 x 1.5 inches, not including the bail. The pendant is marked "Creed Sterling" on the reverse side.

This is a really beautiful vintage Miraculous Medal. There is so much detail. This Miraculous Medal is unique. It has an oval shaped frame, but the top has a unique shape. The image of the Virgin Mary is in the center. Note the folds of her robe. The traditional text is written along the inside of the frame. The reverse side has the traditional markings of a Miraculous Medal. It also has the sterling stamp.
