Pastel painting "Spring Wildflowers" 8"x online 10"

"Spring Wildflowers" is an original 8"x 10" plein air pastel drawing from the Kentucky River area at Shaker Landing on property of Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill close to Harrodsburg, Kentucky. My plein air painter friends and I explored this river bottom online area looking for wildflowers especially the Blue-eyed Marys.
This series of wildflower paintings are my abstracted version of not only what I saw but what I felt while viewing this sea of wildflowers.
