When ordering, follow these instructions:
1. Purchase the listing.
2. In the "notes to seller" section, please include:
-----The text you would like to appear at the bottom of your illustration (names, address, phrase, etc.).
-----A photo of the home, preferably from the front.
-----Any additional photos or requests (colors, sizes, etc.) that will help with the design process.
3. After this listing has been purchased, I will contact you within 2 business days to assure I have everything I need to begin your project. Within 10 business days I will send a high-resolution PDF proof to the email address associated with your Etsy account.
4. You can request changes (up to 2 rounds of edits included) or approve the file as-is.
5. Once the design has been approved and the final PDF and JPG's are received, you're ready to print at home or at a shop!
