Amazing brightly colored pinafore dress by Pappagallo, made in Japan. Crisp 100% cotton. Open sides and wrap around construction. Large brass grommet on the side allows the tie to pass through and tighten to a custom fit on your waist. Big pockets on the hips. Also ties at the back of the neck. Damn cute!!!
