These boards are handmade. The dimensions are 10.5" wide x 17" long x 1.75" thick, but it sometimes can vary slightly.

All boards are finished with food-grade mineral oil. Boards are also coated in a layer of cutting board conditioner to help with water resistance and cleanup.
