This is a small original oil painting of a landscape, created with high quality oil paints on heavy canvas online paper, which has been glued to a stiff backing and placed in this black square frame.

This is a round looking tree in a clearing which is surrounded by a stand of other trees, and the scene is based on my fading memory of a place where I used to ramble and play when I was a child. I hope that place still looks like this, though I'm not sure because I haven't been there in a long time.

The entire piece is 5" by 5" square, including the frame. The painting is signed and ready to hang, and it is one of a kind. There is only one in the world.
