This leather necklace is made out of natural leather and can last for a long time if and only if it is maintained properly.

The leather jewelry can be kept in a plastic bag also but it is better to be placed in bags made of soft flannel. It is not advisable to store leather jewelry along with other types of jewelry, especially metal jewelry. In order to protect the leather jewelry from humidity, it may be kept in a tight container.

When leather jewelry is exposed to rain or water it loses its charm. While handling the leather jewelry, our hands must be clean as well as dry. One should not wear leather jewelry while taking a bath, swimming, or performing physical exercises. When leather absorbs perspiration from the body it will lose its original beauty.
