Vintage Puff Sleeve Full Skirt Dress

Fir and flare, scoop neck dress has a sheer floral overlay and baby blue underlay. Skirt has button holes so it can be ruched up with ribbons.

CONDITION: Good condition, elastic has been replaced in sleeves and at sides. Velvet ribbons are creased and there are only four of them, two of the ribbons are replacements.

FABRIC: Looks to be poly cotton underlay online and acetate overlay.
