Mid-Century DDR Ceiling online Lamp Spaghetti Lamp 60s 50s Space Age Design Pop Art Green

Stylish designer lamp in mid-century style from the former GDR. The pendant lamp was manufactured in the 60s and 70s by the Dresden company ERich in elaborate manual work. These lamps are often referred to as spaghetti lamps.
The lamp is ideal as a square light above the dining table or as a room light in the living room or study.

Construction
The lamp consists of a wire frame around which green and white plastic bands are woven in elaborate handwork.

Diameter: 12 cm
Height: 32 cm

The cable can be variably adjusted up to approx. 70 cm.
Socket: E27 up to max. 40W. LED bulbs can also be used (supplied without bulbs).

Condition
The lamp is in a very good vintage condition (details she photos). The electrical system has not been tested by a specialist.

** Personality

Eastern Lights Design lamps had a long life before you landed in the shop. They are carefully cleaned and refreshed. Often, however, a small flaw online remains (see detailed description). But they have character and authenticity.

** Sustainability

Design in the GDR was aimed at resource-saving, functional and, above all, durable products. Nothing with a throwaway society! So you will enjoy the pieces for a very long time.

Vintage items are environmentally friendly and conserve our resources! I use used packaging material as far as possible.

The offered vintage lamps are used and partly over 60 years old. Therefore, the lamps offered and their components may not meet the current requirements, e.g. according to VDE guidelines. Commissioning is carried out exclusively at your own risk and is the responsibility of the customer. The customer must always have the vintage lamps checked by a specialist company before commissioning and use.
