Comes with mount and screws to connect to camera cage. Includes Viltrox rear cap and Canon front cap. I used it for adapting my Canon EF 17-40mm F4.0 lens to work on my BMPCC4K. It effectively adapted it to a F2.8 lens. The picture was sharp and I could also adjust aperture through the camera -- though results may vary here for different lenses.
