From a young child, I have always been connected to stones and metals. Their beauty inspires me to create. When designing my jewelry, I incorporate the emotions I feel from each stone's individual and unique character.
I design and create all of my one of kind jewelry and solo, with love, care and attention, in my home studio.

This pendant displays a very interesting Calypso Variscite stone which originates out of a mine in Nevada. The piece has been hand created with Sterling Silver and Argentium Silver*. Twisted wire accents and a star burst encircle the stone. The pendant bail is adorned with a moon on the front and a sun on the back.

There is also an ocean sky maker's mark on the back of the bezel depicting a sun.

This piece has been oxidized, which adds more contrast and richness to the design. It gives the silver a warmer, more authentic character that enhances the intricate details of the jewelry and allows for a deeper tone when compared to unoxidized silver.

Please understand that it is normal to see slight variations in handcrafted jewelry. All my pieces are made completely by hand and only by me using traditional metalsmithing techniques such as sawing, soldering, forming, hammering, fusing and polishing. No piece online is exactly identical to any other, which makes each one unique and one of a kind.

All my jewelry comes in a gift box constructed from my own hand-painted paper. Each box is entirely unique and handmade to fit each piece of jewelry.

*Argentium silver (originally patented in 1998) is a brand of modern silver alloys, containing 93.5% silver which is a higher percentage than the 92.3% in sterling. Argentium alloys replace some of the copper in the traditional sterling silver alloy (92.5% silver + 7.5% copper) with the metalloid germanium. It is tarnish resistant, stronger and more durable than traditonal sterling silver and I very much enjoy working with it!
