MARION GODART Paris Collier Perles de Bois Rondes Graduées Longe UNIQUE item.

Timelessly charming 1950's art deco style long necklace by Marion Godart Paris. Made of gradated round wooden beads strung on strong synthetic wire. Length is 37". The largest bead measures 7/8" diameter. Real old stock, last UNIQUE item, never been worn.
Listing is for the necklace, matching bracelet and clip-on earrings also available. There are some color differences but the wood used seems similar.

Marion Godart is a well known French jewelry designer from Paris working with Resin, Lucite and Bakelite since the 1960's. She is known for her brightly colored quirky, yet chic costume jewelry. Inspired by artistic trends of the beginning of twentieth century, her creativity plays with shapes, materials and ethnic influences and color always forms the frame. A pop and unconventional style that gives all pieces joy and dynamism! Marion Godart does not sign her work, but her pieces cannot be mistaken.
