This has the patent number 4404 on the bottom which I believe means patented April 4, 1904. It was made some time after that point. It has beautiful faces swirling in an art nouveau pattern. The fabric inside is long gone and there is some loss of finish to the outside, but it is still gorgeous. See photos online for measurements.
