This is one for the early career pieces that he didn't sign yet, as did many of the Giants if the Jewelry industry, at that time. Weiss was always known for his use of smoke rhinestones as well as his craftsmanship.

This 6 petal daisy flower has a large central stone with marquis and round rhinestone petals radiating outward, around the center.
