Excellent condition! Was used with pillow protector over the removable washable protective case. I did wash it with sanitizer as well as oxy clean detergent. It is nice and bright white. Great thing about it is you can put another protective cover over it and under online your pillow case or they are 100% replaceable! The pillow is virtually new, it was used a couple nights only.. and while it is cooling, which is nice, because some foam can get extra hot. It was not the right selection for me.  I purchased it directly from Tempurpedic along with my mattress, they do not except merchandise returns, so I'm passing along at savings!.
