Catch of the Day—Flame painted copper eagle and online fish

Copper flame painting seems the perfect way to online capture the power, beauty and mystique of this awe inspiring predator:

Using recycled sheet copper, primitive shaping tools and a torch, I cut and shape this diving eagle and color it with nothing but fire. The marks of the torch delineate each feather in beautiful, natural colors cause by the temperature of the metal.

Completely hand made in a tent, somewhere in the United States— wherever I happen to be at the time.

Approximately 10” tall 8 inches wide. Ready to hang on the wall.
