Button up is not faded and needs to be ironed (sorry it isn't ironed in this pic). Has a couple of white around the nape area shown in the pic w the tag but if you wash it I'm sure it will come off. Does have a few very small unnoticeable rips under the underarm area shown in the last 2 pics. They are very small and I honestly didn't even notice they were there until I examined it. Otherwise the button up is in overall good condition. It doesn't fit me anymore (size online X-Large women's).
