Wedgwood Moonstone Bowl
Excellent condition - 8¼ inches (20.8cm) diameter
Lovely classically shaped round fluted bowl
Wedgwood's Moonstone matte white glaze [along with its counterpart black glaze, Ravenstone]
was developed in the 1930s by Norman Wilson, master potter, inventor and Wedgwood Works Manager.
More satin or eggshell than matte, the glaze accentuates the vases classic form.
The vase is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, scratches, crazing, repairs or discolouration
Height: 12cm - 4¾ inches online approx
The base have the impressed Wedgwood mark
Fine English Creamware
Made in England
