Toziel's Tarot: Eight of Wands online (Canvas)

Good friends and loyal customers,

I'm pleased to announce that I have begun rendering my own Tarot Deck based on the systems of Crowley's tarot. Instead of crowdfunding for production costs based on promises and well wishes, I've decided to take online an alternative approach and offer something of value in return for your contribution to my production costs: As I complete individual cards, large scale versions will be made available here for purchase- and all proceeds from the sale will go to funding the initial production run.

At current pace, I expect production to be ready to proceed by June of 2023.

Astrological Analog: Mercury in Sagittarius (0 to 9 degrees)

Theme: Epiphany, breakthrough, immediate solutions recognized, progress

Positive qualities: Rapid communication, unique solutions

Negative Qualities: Superficial hubris

General: Complex situations that require entirely breakthrough and unique questions

Profession/Economics: Business strategies that defy parameters of established norms.

Relationships: Mutually beneficial answers that address the requirements of all.

Environment: Think tanks. Solution oriented environments.

Visual Description: A yellow centaur represents the contradictory Mercury in Sagittarius, occupying the eighth Sefirot of Hod (mercury) in Atziluth (Fire). Mercury is traditionally in detriment in Sagittarius. Fact oriented Mercury finds a struggle when placed in the philosophical and faithful sign of Sagittarius. Here, Mercury learns to weigh and measure that what can't be measured, and Sagittarius learns that it's activities of higher mind need to find reconciliation in provable results.

This less than obvious union of opposites provides the breakthrough epiphanies necessary to best the storms offered by the seven of wands. And thus, a pseudo rainbow envelopes the centaur, and the electrified wands along with the bows form an arrow's head that show a direction to the inevitable mountaintop that Sagittarius must overcome.

But like most harnessed energy, it must be used swiftly lest it fizzles out into nothing.
