This was my first ever project after lot of self-learning. I read somewhere, Peony flower symbolizes romance, prosperity, good fortune & compassion. Not sure if that is true. But no doubt it is a stunningly beautiful flower. This painting was completed in 18+hours. This Peony is painted carefully building layers upon layers to make it look realistic.
