Vintage boho 70’s hand crocheted online floral bed spread

Stunning bedspread, I've never come across one quite like it. It has fringe on three sides, the two bottom corners are split (shown in picture) and the top without the fringe has an orange stitching. It fits the top of a queen mattress with just the fringe going off the sides.
I washed this piece on delicate using cold water and unfortunately the orange bled throughout the white. I've shown various pictures giving an idea as to what it looks like. From afar it's not noticeable but up close you can tell.
I can't say for sure but I online believe this is 100% cotton.
