Payment

Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase. If payment is not received within a reasonable amount of time and no contact has been made by the buyer explaining the delay, the transaction will be canceled and the item will be re-listed.

Shipping

We ship via USPS Regular Service, within the US the items normally arrive 3-5 working days after being shipped, international service will take 7-10 working days aprox. We ship online 12 to 24 hours after receiving payment. During holydays it may take longer, in that case we will let you know. Shipping insurance is available upon request. If you need items to arrive faster you can contact me to add a faster (more expensive) service.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please be aware that the pearls I use are not authentic, although they look very nice.
