NOTE: You see some blue in the photograph, this is due to glare reflecting off the India Ink during photographing. There is no blue in he actual painting. The areas where you see some bluing are actually black.
This was painted during quarantine in the middle of the federal occupation of Portland while the downtown federal justice center was the main rallying point of the local BLM protests. Those familiar with the original source will notice its similarity while holding distinct stylistic, color scheme, and theme differences.
