The long jacket is of antique forest green cotton velvet accented with antique lace on the sleeves and in a frill at the throat. There are faux pocket flaps on the jacket and tiny antique faceted jet glass buttons over the hook and loop closures. A tiny antique filigree brooch adorns the front.
